Great summer cocktail ! Original, fresh and full of zest !

Pour all ingredients into a glass full of ice cubes and stir gently

1.75 oz / 50 ml Belle de Brillet

0.75 oz / 20 ml White vermouth

4 oz / 120 ml Sparkling water

Garnish with fresh mint leaves, grapefruit zest, lime wedge and orange slices.
