Pour all ingredients into a glass full of ice cubes and stir gently
40ml / 1.3fl oz Belle de Brillet
20ml / 0.70fl oz white vermouth
120ml / 4fl oz soda water
Garnish with fresh mint leaves, grapefruit zest, lime wedge and orange slices
