Preparation in a highball glass with a large block of ice. Pour in the ingredients then mix gently
1.75 oz / 50 ml Belle de Brillet
0.75 oz / 20 ml Dark rum
0.5 oz / 15 ml Coffee (fresh)
1 dash of Bitter
